The payment has to be made upfront.

First I work with the sketch, the client tells me the changes and fixes they want until it's completely confirmed. Once it's confirmed, I move on to the lineart part, later the color, shading and so on.

I will regularly communicate and update the client with the progress of the commission via Telegram, Twitter/X DM's or Discord, depending of the option you'd preffer.

The client can initiate the cancellation only before the process starts

Refund won't be accepted once the commission process started, unless I initiate the refund
